The footballers started well and reached the final but were beaten in a nail-biting thriller. They tried hard to salvage their pride in Cross Country competition but hard luck again followed them and they had to swallow the bitter pill again and ended up as runners up. Their fortune hung in balance in Volleyball championship as they got tough resistance in the final from Jinnah House and lost again.
