Induction System

Induction is carried out once a year as follows:-
a. 8th Class and 1st Year
Students are inducted on the basis of a quota decided by GHQ. Seats are offered to the youth of Balochistan, Pakistan Army personnel, and civilian candidates on open merit.
b. Number of Seats Available
The induction is carried out in the 8th Class only. The number of seats available is 90. However, admission to the 1st Year Class is subject to the availability of seats.
ELIGIBILITY
a. 8th Class
(1) Candidate should be a student of Class 7th or 8th.
(2) Candidate should be between 12 and 14 years of age on 1st April in the year of admission. (Waiver of the maximum of one year is granted to the candidates of Balochistan only).
(3) Candidate must be medically fit.
b. Intermediate (1st Year)
(1) Candidate should be between 15 to 17 years of age on the 1st July of the admission year. (Waiver of a maximum of one year may be granted to the candidates of Balochistan only).
(2) Candidate should have passed 10th Class on joining the College.
(3) Candidate must be medically fit.
Note: Waiver of up to 90 days (more or less than the desired age) is admissible for all less Balochi candidates. However, desirous parents may write an application to Human Resource Development Directorate (HRD), GHQ, Rawalpindi through college authorities for an extra waiver in age. Army Personnel must attach a copy of CORO, Regimental Part- II Order, and Form B with the application for the confirmation of age. Whereas, for all other candidates computerized Form ‘B’ from the concerned NADRA Office should be attached for confirmation of age.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
The following procedure will be adopted for the submission of applications:-
a. Applications for admission must be submitted on the prescribed admission form attached to the prospectus.
b. Each application for admission must be accompanied by a Crossed Postal Order/ Bank Draft drawn on Habib Bank Limited PPL Branch for the amount mentioned in the Admission Form as registration fee in favor of COMMANDANT MILITARY COLLEGE SUI. The registration fee is non-refundable.
c. Entries in the application form must be filled with correct information. All entries will be verified. Any false information revealed at a later stage during the candidate’s stay at the College will result in disciplinary action/ withdrawal, along with a fine for the payment of training charges incurred during the period of stay.
d. The application form, duly filled in, should be sent directly to the ‘Commandant Military College Sui’ clearly marked with red ink on the top right corner of the envelope “ Admission for class 8th or 1st year” (whichever is applicable).
e. Four self-addressed envelopes of size 4”x9” duly affixed with the appropriate stamp of Pakistan Post must be attached with the application form.
f. The Last date for the submission of the application is advertised through newspapers.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection is based on the performance/grading of a candidate in the following:-
a. Written Test
b. Intelligence Test
c. Interview
d. Medical Examination at CMH/ MH
Note: For candidates appearing for admission in Intermediate (1st year), 60% weightage is given to the marks in SSC (Part 1) Board examination.
ADMISSION TEST
The written test is conducted at the following stations:-
a. Balochistan: Quetta, Sui, Turbat, Gwadar Panjgoor, Naushki, Khuzdar, Mashkai, and Awaran.
b. Punjab: Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot, Jhelum, and Sargodha.
c. Sindh: Karachi, Pano Aqil.
d. KPK: Peshawar, Abbottabad.
e. Gilgit Baltistan: Gilgit.
f. AJ&K: Muzaffarabad.
