Guddu Thermal Power Plant Visit – XI Class (2024)

On 31st Oct 2024, a thrilling educational outing was organized for the 1st Year cadets to explore the Guddu Thermal Power Plant, situated approximately 65 kilometers from Military College Sui. A contingent of 88x enthusiastic cadets participated in this enlightening excursion under the guidance of esteemed MCSB officers.

Upon arrival, security officer of the power plant, warmly welcomed the MCSB cadets and delivered an insightful presentation on the facility’s history, operations, and significance.

The visit highlighted the power plant’s pivotal role in mitigating power shortages. An interactive Q&A session ensued, where cadets actively engaged, expanding their knowledge of thermal energy production.

To commemorate this enriching experience, Lt Col Shafiq, presented a symbolic token of appreciation to the hosts, expressing gratitude for providing this invaluable learning opportunity.
