Personality Grooming & Leadership Development Cadre for ISSB – Cadet Colleges Balochistan

Cadre was organised for outgoing XII year cadets of MCSB from 20 to 24 Jun 23. This time, 12 × Cadets (5 × Cadets from Cadet College Mastung, 5 x Cadets from Cadet College Jaffarabad & 2 x Local students  also participated in the Cadre. Major preparatory activities include outdoor GTO tasks (individual Obstacles, Semi Group Race, Command Tasks & Progressive Group Tasks), Psychological Tests, Group Planning & Interviews. Commandant MCSB also delivered a central lecture at Moeed Hall on 23 Jun on selection system at ISSB. The cadre terminated on 24 Jun 23. A teabreak was organised on 24 Jun 23 for guest cadets. At the end, gifts were presented to the cadets and a group photo was taken.
