Faculty Refresher Training Workshop Officers of MCSB

A faculty refresher training workshop for 15 Officers was organized at MCSB from July 17 to 22, 2023. The training session commenced on July 17, 2023, with opening remarks by the Deputy Commandant, during which he emphasized the importance of the refresher cadre and the necessity of on-the-job training. Throughout the daily training sessions, senior faculty members delivered lectures on various topics, encompassing educational psychology, educational philosophy, organizational behavior, different educational theories, and customs of service. A three-hour written test, worth 100 marks, was also conducted in Moeed Hall to assess and evaluate the officers’ assimilation of the material. Following the examination, the Commandant delivered closing remarks in which he underscored the significance of the faculty refresher cadre. He advised the officers to stay updated with modern trends in their respective subjects and maintain current subject knowledge.
