Faculty Training Program Cadet Colleges Balochistan & Local Schools of District Dera Bugti

A Faculty Training Program, jointly organized for Cadet Colleges of Balochistan and local schools in District Dera Bugti, was conducted at MCSB from July 31st to August 5th, 2023. The program brought together educators from various institutions, including four faculty members from Cadet College Awaran, four teachers from FCPS & College Sui and Dera Bugti, and two teachers from FG Public School Sui. Additionally, more than ten of our own officers, including Majors and Captains, participated. Sessions encompassed a broad spectrum of topics, including educational psychology, philosophy, classroom management, and addressing modern-day educational challenges. Commandant MCSB, Brig Wasim Qasir  underscored the significance of faculty refresher training during the subject workshop. Participants also had the privilege of a special visit to PPL Sui, coordinated locally, which received widespread appreciation. The program concluded with a closing ceremony on August 5th, where participation certificates and tokens of appreciation were presented to the guest faculty, reflecting our commitment to educational excellence.
