Class XI – Visit of Guddu Thermal Power Station

On 13 January 2023, Cadets of  Class XI  undertook an educational cum recreational visit to Guddu Thermal Power Station. Senior faculty members also accompanied the students. The trip successfully served dual function, amalgamating educational enrichment with recreational engagement.

Hafiz Abdul Rasheed, Assistant Manager Training, exhibited exemplary hospitality as he led the students through a comprehensive tour of the entire project. The staff of Guddu Power Station briefed the cadets on the station’s intricacies, gaining a profound understanding of power generation. During the interactive session, the MCSB students asked some very pertinent questions about the process of power generation and transmission. They took keen interest during their visit.

Following a brief interlude for tea, the cadets returned to the college, carrying with them a wealth of knowledge acquired during this insightful and leisurely visit to Guddu Thermal Power Station.
