DG HRD visit of MCSB – 2 May 2024

On 2nd May 2024, Director General Human Resource Development, Major General Malik Amir Muhammad Khan visited Military College Sui Balochistan. The visit comprised of various briefs, visits and interactions. The honourable Guest was welcomed and received by Commandant MCSB, Brigadier Wasim Qasir at Sui airport after which he was driven to college for his official visit. Upon arrival at Adm Block, the DG was greeted by senior faculty members. After the Group Photo, the DG planted a sapling in the lawn. He was presented the college brief by Deputy Commandant, MCSB. Then he visited junior cadets’ Iqbal Mess. Later, his interaction with group of cadets in cadets’ Main Mess was arranged. He toured accommodation of junior most cadets, Iqbal House.

The DG showed keen interest while visiting cadets’ facilities in the College, i.e. cadets’ gym and cafe. Besides this, he visited College library, various indoor/ outdoor clubs projects, classrooms, and labs in academic block and showed his immense satisfaction over upto the par & overarching training regime of the cadets in the college.
The DG later had his working lunch at MCSB Officers Mess, where he also interacted with College faculty and officers from Sui Rifles. DG in his brief interaction with officers seemed satisfied with their efforts put into the system and encouraged them to perform even better for the bright future of the province and the country. At the end exchange of souvenirs was also performed to commemorate this memorable visit. Brigadier Wasim Qasir, Commandant MCSB bid farewell to the General officer at the Sui Airport.
