Farewell Cricket Match – Cadets XI vs Officers XI

In a spirited display of enthusiasm and skill, the spectators at Military College Sui Balochistan witnessed a memorable farewell cricket match on 11 June 2024. The stage was set for an epic clash between the outgoing 2nd year class and the seasoned officers XI, led by none other than Commandant MCSB, Brigadier Waseem Qasir and Deputy Commandant Colonel Dr. Muhammad Ilyas, respectively.

After the toss, Commandant’s XI chose to bat, and let the officers XI exhibit their bowling expertise. A total of 161 runs was put on board as a target, which was tremendously chased by officers in the last few deliveries. Capt Mohsin was declared as ‘Man of the Match’ , who fabulously displayed a good performance leading his team to victory.

Both teams, fueled by competitive spirit, showcased their prowess in every aspect of the game. The purpose of the match was served, as it provided the outgoing entry plethora of memories, cherished instances and a display of good fight. The match concluded with distribution of prizes, by Commandant MCSB, amongst the players of the both teams and a group photo.
