Personality Grooming & Leadership Development Cadre for Cadets of MCSB and Cadet Colleges of Balochistan

As a conventional training practice, Personality Grooming and Leadership Development Cadre is conducted every year to harness cadets’ overall preparedness for ISSB. The Cadre was organised for outgoing XII year cadets of MCSB from 03-11 Jun 24. This time, 19x guest cadets (9× cadets from Cadet College Jaffarabad, 9 x cadets from Cadet College Qilla Saifullah, and 1 x cadet  from Cadet College Mastung) participated in the Cadre. Major preparatory activities included outdoor GTO tasks (individual Obstacles, Semi Group Race, Command Tasks & Progressive Group Tasks), Psychological Tests, Group Planning & Interviews. Commandant MCSB Brig Wasim Qasir also delivered a central lecture at Moeed Hall on 11 Jun regarding selection and procedural practices at ISSB. The cadre terminated on 11 Jun 24. A teabreak was also organised for the guest cadets where gifts were presented to the cadets and a group photo was taken.
