Independence Day Celebrations – 2024

Independence Day – 2024 celebrations were a resounding success, filled with patriotism, enthusiasm, and a sense of national pride. The morning of 14 Aug 2024 started with Quran khawani after Fajar prayer followed by prayers for peace and prosperity of Pakistan. At 0800 hrs, the Flag Hoisting Ceremony was organized in front of Academic Block which was attended by all ranks. Flag hoisting was carried out by Deputy Commandant & Chief Instructor Col Dr. Muhammad Ilyas accompanied by the recitation of the national anthem. After that, the message of Chief of Army Staff on the eve of Independence Day was read out to all ranks by Adjutant Capt Waheed Mubarak. Following the Flag Hoisting Ceremony, Rank wearing in respect of 3x new promoted officers of this institution to the rank of Major was held in Academic Block Teabar. To mark the occasion, a special lunch, “Barra Khana”, was arranged in the Soldiers’ Mess. The event commemorated in a simple and dignified manner attended by all ranks.
