Command Change Ceremony 2024 – MCSB

Military College Sui, Balochistan, witnessed a change of command on October 7, 2024, as Brigadier Wasim Qasir handed over the command to Brigadier Muhammad Amir Ijaz in a solemn and impressive ceremony. The Command Change Ceremony was attended by all officers, Junior Commissioned Officers, soldiers, and civilian staff of the College. The occasion marked the beginning of a new chapter under the leadership of Brigadier Amir Ijaz, and all looked forward to his guidance and vision.

The event began with the arrival of the outgoing and incoming Commandants, who were received by the college senior officers and staff.

In a symbolic transfer of authority, Brigadier Wasim Qasir handed over the command cane to Brigadier Amir Ijaz. This gesture marked the official commencement of Brigadier
Amir Ijaz’s tenure as the new Commandant of Military College Sui.

As a token of appreciation for his dedicated service, Brigadier Amir Ijaz presented the Military College Sui flag to Brigadier Wasim Qasir. This gesture acknowledged the outgoing Commandant’s contributions to the institution.

Brigadier Wasim Qasir addressed the gathering, expressing his gratitude to all officers, JCOs, Soldiers and Civ Staff for their support during his tenure. He reflected on his time at the college and highlighted the achievements and milestones accomplished under his leadership. The ceremony concluded with a group photo of all officers with both Commandants.
